Century 21 Tucci Realty is a real estate brokerage company founded on April 1, 1974. It is located in the Town of Cicero and serves homebuyers and sellers throughout Onondaga County. During its “35” years in business it has participated in brokering over 12,000 home transactions.
Roxford Realty is a land development company founded on November 29, 1978. It is also located in the Town of Cicero and among other things has developed over 300 single-family residential building lots in North Syracuse, Cicero and Brewerton.
Portfolio Homes, LLC which began operations in the Town of Cicero on April 1, 2007, under the direction of George J. Tucci, specializes in building quality custom single-family homes and town homes in the northern suburbs of Onondaga County. The introduction of this division marks a milestone in the growth of the Tucci family owned businesses.
Portfolio Homes, LLC will be offering a wide variety of home sizes and styles. The sizes range from 1581 to 3500 square feet. The styles include Ranches, Patio Homes, Town Homes, Traditional Colonials, Transitional Colonials and some Southern style plans. We also have Colonials that offer first floor master suites.
